Our Subsidiaries Management covers select 15 Industries that are owned by our various Holding Companies and Groups of Companies.

While each of the companies/ventures under each of the Industries has its own Independent Governance & Management Structure that is aligned to Legal & Statutory Requirements that fosters our 3Es (Excellence, Efficiency, and Effectiveness) values across our Subsidiaries’ Portfolio; we provide our Private Group of Companies with oversight, coordination, collaborative resource pools, among others, for their proficient business growth & continuum.

ABOUT US
Milbook Associates International (MAI) was established in 2015 combining the interests of its Founding Corporate Serial Entrepreneurs. Such included the attainment of Management Spectrum that had been operating from 2008 and various interests held under Milbook Company established in 2013. These, among other private ventures, were restructured into a single Subsidiaries’ Management Company.
The companies owned by our Founding Corporate Serial Entrepreneurs are held in separate Holding Companies and Grouped Companies Structures, which are distinct from MAI. Despite this separation, these companies work together to collectively develop and manage a broad range of industries within a 15 Industry Interest Scope, all under the umbrella of MAI.
MAI was then established with a three-focal-interest, based on Grouped Business Development & Management:
1] Overall management of the existing ventures and new ventures collectively undertaken by the Founding Corporate Serial Entrepreneurs and their business partners;
2] Creation of new businesses either through establishing new ventures, or acquisitions & mergers of/with existing ventures;
3] Providing a global centralized working structure for our privately owned ventures that would focus on the oversight, coordination, collaborative resource pools, strategic planning, development & directives of our private subsidiaries under the care of MAI;
During our Strategic Period I (SP-I 2016 to 2020), all the existing ventures were restructured and an Industry Growth Plan was developed. Our SP-I growth plan focused on the Sub-Saharan Africa Markets (SSAM) along 2 of our 15 Industry Scopes.
Within our Strategic Period II (SP-II 2021 to 2025), we have been undertaking the growth along our other select 15 Industries while extending our geographic operating space to include new markets such as North America (US and Canada).
